The Executive Recruiter is accountable for carrying out the complete life cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire task orders for a range of customers. Partners with customers to define tactical goals and hiring requirements. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting approaches, develops, and releases client and role-specific recruiting techniques. Develops client accounts and produces brand-new company through candidate and customer leads, referrals and numerous kinds of marketing. Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or pertinent industry experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree OR 5 (5) years of expert work experience.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance coverage, short-term and long-term disability, extra voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, health plans, and a 401k strategy or a non-qualified deferred payment strategy. Available paid leave consists of Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and approximately 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based upon hire date within the calendar year.
